Made to Order
Each Home Viable item is made to order, just for you. Because we don’t hold pre-made inventory, your product is printed and produced after you place your order. This lets us offer a range of designs while reducing waste, but it also means a few things to keep in mind about timing and returns, outlined below.
Shipping
Order processing and shipping times are listed below. Production time is separate from shipping (transit) time, so please allow for both when estimating delivery.
- Production time: 2 – 7 business days
- Shipping time: 3 – 8 business days within the U.S.
- Shipping cost: Free
- Shipping locations: Only in the United States.
- Tracking: Once your order ships, we’ll send a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow it to your door.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, holidays, weather, or other factors outside our control.
Returns & Exchanges
Because every item is made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse. For example, ordering the wrong size, color, or design, or simply changing your mind. We encourage you to review sizing charts and product details carefully before ordering.
We will gladly make it right if your item arrives with a problem that’s our fault. We offer a replacement or refund for items that are:
- Defective due to a manufacturing or printing error;
- Damaged
How to Request a Replacement or Refund
To qualify, claims must be submitted within 30 days of your delivery date. To start a claim, please contact us with the following:
- Your order number;
- A description of the issue; and
- Clear photos showing the defect, damage, or error. If the same issue affects multiple items with the same design, please include all affected items in a single photo.
Good news: you do not need to ship the item back to us. Once your claim is approved, we’ll arrange a free replacement or a full refund – your choice.
