I will admit it, I’m a dessert person, I love dessert. I don’t love desserts that are complicated and take too long, but I do enjoy eating almost any dessert.
So let’s take a look at this list of easy ones.
1) Classic Cheesecake
Not a complicated dessert. It’s super delicious, and you’re going to want a graham cracker crust on this one. There are so many things you can do with cheesecake. You can lean into the fruit, serve some fruit on top or on the side if you’d like, or do a little chocolate. Cheesecake is classic, delicious, and a crowd pleaser.
2) No-Bake Cheesecake Bites

Did you know that you can make cheesecake without baking? It’s true. You can use some graham cracker crust in the bottom of a muffin or mini cupcake tin, then mix up your ingredients and pour it right on top. Super delicious and bite size, which is great for a party or a dessert.
3) Fudgy Brownies
I don’t know if there’s any dessert that I love more than brownies. Super easy, you can make these totally from scratch, and I’ve done it, it’s fun, delicious, and worth the work. You can also get a box of brownie mix if you’d like to do it that way. Either way, brownies are delicious.
There are so many cheats you can do to kind of up the nutrition value if you wanted to, no judgment if you don’t. I’ve heard of sweet potatoes added in there, or even black beans, I know, I know, don’t come at me. But my favorite thing to add inside brownies is chocolate chips because they’re so good.
4) Strawberry Shortcake

Super easy, there are a number of different ways you can make this one, but I love those little shortcakes that you can find in the produce section a lot of times. They’re little circles with a reservoir in the middle, so you can easily just add your cream and then your strawberries. It’s such an easy, delicious, refreshing dessert, and a non-chocolate dessert too.
5) Chocolate Chip Cookies
Nothing’s a more classic dessert than chocolate chip cookies, and it doesn’t have to be hard. My pointer on this one is making sure that your baking soda and baking powder are not expired, because your cookies will not be puffy and beautiful if they are. So check the expiration dates on those. So delicious, chocolate chip cookies.
6) Blueberry Cake

Oh, this one sounds really good. Just using some blueberries and a little flour, you’re going to get yourself this delicious and beautiful looking cake.
7) Apple Pie
If you want to be complicated about it, you can absolutely make your own crust, I’ve done it, it takes a while, but you can do it. Otherwise, you can get the pre-made refrigerated crust, it comes in a two-pack, and you can put that down and then take your apples.
You’re going to want to peel those apples, you don’t want those peels in there. But do not put those peels down the garbage disposal, if you’re thinking about doing that, don’t do it, please learn from me. Put those right in the trash. Then thinly slice those apples, mixing in your flavorings such as nutmeg and cinnamon, super delicious, and put those in the middle of the pie.
You’re going to need a little butter in this recipe. Put that pie crust on top, making some holes for the steam to come out the top. Not hard, super delicious. And I will approve of this counting as a fruit serving.
8) Lemon Bars

Yes, lemon bars are one of my absolute favorites. I love the tangy flavoring, especially when you’re not in the mood for chocolate but you want something sweet. So delicious, with the crust on the bottom and some powdered sugar right on top. An easy and delicious dessert.
9) Gingerbread Cookies

I love gingerbread cookies. It’s come to my attention that not everybody does, and I don’t get it because they’re so good and spicy. They just taste like the holiday season in a bite, and they’re so delicious. So definitely give them a try and see what you like.
10) Peach Cobbler
If you have access to fresh peaches, there’s nothing like a peach cobbler. I am still dreaming of the fresh peach cobbler that I once had a couple of years ago in my friend’s backyard, it was amazing. But if you don’t, you could easily use peaches from the grocery store, or I bet you could even use canned peaches, and super yummy.
The cobbler portion of it is going to give you a nice crumble. There are a couple of different ways you could make it, you could use some oats, or you could also make it a gluten-free version if you’d like. Super good. And you could serve that with some vanilla ice cream.
11) Brown Sugar Cookies

Oh, yes. This one is such a great, different cookie option. Such great flavoring in this cookie, and a great caramel flavor as well. A fun one to add to your must-try dessert list.
12) Carrot Cake
I love carrot cake, super good, and I’m interested to know if you’re team raisins in the carrot cake or not. Either way, I think carrot cake is delicious. I usually put a little coconut in there, and of course lots of carrots. You’re going to be shaving the carrots for a while, or you can use a grater to grate the carrots and make it even faster.
I like to make my carrot cake right in a casserole dish in the oven, and then after it cools, put some yummy cream cheese frosting on. I make it for Easter every year, and it is a family favorite.
13) Chocolate Chip Shortbread Cookie Bites

Who doesn’t love a bite-sized dessert? Whether you want one of them or 10 of them, it’s all good and so delicious. What a great, yummy little bite-sized dessert that’s not too difficult.
14) Banana Bread

Oh yes, I have some overripe bananas in the kitchen right now calling my name. Banana bread is a favorite around here. We either make it in the bread shape, or we make them right in the muffin tins so everyone has their own individual banana bread and we’re not fighting over the crusty, well-done edge pieces.
I like to add a little chocolate chips to my banana bread, you don’t have to. There are a lot of delicious recipes out there for banana bread, and it is a favorite for us. It’s dessert, it’s breakfast, it’s a snack. It’s a favorite.
15) Pumpkin Bread

Yes, nothing says fall to me more than pumpkin bread. It’s so good with so many delicious spices in there, it literally just tastes like the month of October. Super, super good if you haven’t had it, highly recommend trying it.
16) Raspberry Mousse Cake

Yes, I love everything about this. Raspberries, yes, mousse, absolutely. This is such a fun dessert, with delicious flavors complementing each other. What a fun dessert.

Doesn’t take a lot of work. You don’t have to make any layers on this cake. Super good with some delicious frosting on top, and super easy.
18) Chai Spice Cupcakes

Ooh, that sounds really good, I want to try these ones right now. This is going to be so yummy with the chai spice, and you can put a little cinnamon on top. You could make it fancy on top if you wanted to. What a fun flavoring combination in this cupcake, and something totally different.
19) Snickerdoodles
Ooh, I love snickerdoodles so much that when I was without my parents as a child, I think I ate about 10 in a row. Didn’t eat snickerdoodles for a while after that, but they are such a delicious dessert with the cinnamon sugar. It’s any kid or big kid’s favorite dessert. Such a good one.
20) Cinnamon Rolls

You can absolutely make cinnamon rolls from home if you haven’t done it, and you can add as much cinnamon inside as you’d like. You take the dough, roll that out, put your cinnamon paste inside, then roll it up and cut, cut, cut, and you have several cinnamon rolls.
You could also opt for the store-bought version if you want something a little quicker, still getting the same effect, and then top that off, of course, with some cream cheese frosting.
21) Oatmeal Raisin Cookies
Oh yes, my mom’s favorite. I’m a big fan of the oatmeal raisin cookie, so good, I love the cinnamon in there. You could easily put chocolate chips if you don’t love raisins. Delicious, chewy, chunky, good cookies.
22) Churro Bread Pudding

Mm, I love bread pudding. If you haven’t had bread pudding, it’s so good, highly recommend. You’re basically chopping up some bread and adding some cinnamon sugar to that, and you’re going to need some moisture in there, cooking that all together. And of course, drizzling with some caramel sauce on top. Delicious.
There are several ways you can make bread pudding, you can have chocolate chips in it, or add raisins to it. Super, super good.
23) Banana Pudding Parfaits

Oh, this reminds me of my grandma. We used to add little Nilla wafers to ours, super good. Of course, you’re having some banana and some banana flavored pudding, so you can slice up those bananas in there. Some Nilla wafers for my grandma, and delish.
24) Pecan Pie
Super yummy, crunchy, delicious. Pecans on top of this pie. You can eat this year round, it doesn’t have to be saved for Thanksgiving. A delicious pie and a favorite.
25) Mixed Berry Tart

If you’ve never made a fruit tart before, they’re really fun. You can really get into it with the decorating, choosing what sort of fruits you want to add on top and making a little design. I feel like this would be if making your own pizza was a dessert, right?
You get your crust, then you put down your cream, or whatever you decide to use, and then you add your berries right on top. Such a great, refreshing dessert. It’s basically like a big cookie with fruit on top.
26) Tiramisu
Tiramisu is so good. If you haven’t had it, it’s like a rum soaked dessert, super good. You could make it with or without the rum, but it’s super delicious with lots of flavor in there. It’s an Italian sort of dessert and really, really flavorful. Highly recommend trying this one.
27) Key Lime Pie

Absolutely. I love the tartness of the key lime pie with that yummy crust. Super good, highly recommend trying that.
28) S’mores Bars
S’mores bars, right? They remind you of campfires, camping, or Girl Scouts, something from your childhood. We went camping every summer, so s’mores definitely have a special place in my heart. With these bars, you would have the graham cracker crust, and of course some chocolate and some toasty marshmallows. Such a delicious, sticky, messy dessert, as it should be.
29) Cinnamon Sugar Donut Holes

Yes, you can make donut holes at home if you’d like to, adding some cinnamon and sugar right on top of these fried donut holes. You can also make these in the oven or the air fryer if you want to make them a little bit of a healthier version.
30) Rice Krispie Treats

Yes, we love rice krispie treats. You can buy the plain rice krispie cereal, and you’re going to need some marshmallows, I like to use the small ones because they melt faster, and some melted butter to make this. You could also switch it up and use some Cocoa Krispies and add peanut butter to it. That is a favorite of ours, and super delicious.
